Role Overview:
The Infrastructure Engineering team at EvenUp is looking for a skilled Engineer to spearhead the development and refinement of our tools and workflows. This position is pivotal in delivering value to our clients and ensuring that personal injury victims obtain the compensation they rightfully deserve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about identifying user needs and translating them into engaging user interfaces for AI-driven document generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus 75% on system architecture and infrastructure contributions, with an aim to deliver solutions swiftly.
  • Engage 25% in stakeholder collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Adopt a proactive approach by transforming product concepts into complete features.
  • Work alongside the team to enhance the technology stack in response to our rapidly expanding user base.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering within cloud-native environments.
  • A passion for promoting fairness in the world, as our success is tied to assisting injured victims and their legal representatives.
  • Familiarity with essential technology stacks such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Cloud Security, Monitoring, Logging, and MLOps.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of a high-quality, code-based infrastructure that is straightforward and reusable.
  • A knack for overcoming technical challenges and delivering solutions that align with your estimates.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts in clear and actionable terms.
  • A quick learner who seeks opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Enjoy working within diverse teams to comprehend their requirements and devise suitable solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or TensorBoard.
  • Knowledge of data tools, BI tools, and systems like wandb, DBT, BigQuery, and Elasticsearch.
