Job Overview

Trek Bicycle Canada ULC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to customers to meet their cycling needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed about sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Use our Guide Sales Process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and procedures.
  • Perform daily tasks, including merchandising, cycle counts, and bike preparation, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
