Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
