Financial Planner

BMO Financial Group is seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial and investment planning and advice to customers to deliver solutions in their best interests.
- Determine client needs and provide solutions through the sales of managed products and services.
- Engage with new and existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify immediate/future opportunities.
- Implement business development strategies to acquire new business.
- Support the achievement of sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan to meet the needs of clients.
- Respond to customer investment requests to fulfill investment product needs aligned with the customer's goals.
- Develop solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must meet the regulatory / governing body licensing and registration requirements of a Financial Planner in the province or territory of employment.
- Advanced working knowledge of the financial industry.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
