Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Convenience Store Cashier to join our team at Alaska Highway Rescue Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Work Environment

As a Convenience Store Cashier at Alaska Highway Rescue Ltd., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
