About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at Ridgetechone Reinforcing Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our carpentry crew and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in the hiring process.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week and will be expected to be available to work flexible hours as needed.
