We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at TAHN DOOR LTD. as a Pastry Artisan. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, or equivalent experience.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
