Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the store, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel
  • Authorize financial transactions, including cheque payments
  • Manage inventory orders and stock levels
  • Approve merchandise returns
  • Create and manage employee work schedules
  • Engage in direct sales activities
  • Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges
  • Maintain organized inventory systems
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of staff members
  • Supervise office and volunteer personnel

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
