About the Role: Campus Director - International

As the Campus Director - International, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the educational delivery for all students on campus, with a specific focus on supporting the success of our international student population. This leadership position involves managing quality customer service, instructional delivery systems, and career placement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor your team of direct reports to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures across all aspects of program delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Academic Services to provide comprehensive support to Program Coordinators and Instructors, ensuring seamless educational experiences for students.
  • Authorize student terminations and dismissals in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage instructor scheduling and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze Quality Assurance Surveys and implement proactive measures to enhance the overall student experience.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging onboarding activities for new instructors, ensuring their successful integration into the campus community.
  • Work in partnership with Employment Specialists to cultivate strong relationships with employers, securing valuable internship placements for our students.
  • Recommend and implement innovative systems, policies, and procedures that optimize operational efficiency and enhance student outcomes.
  • Lead new student orientation events and activities, creating a welcoming and informative experience for incoming students.
  • Manage the capital budget allocated for classroom equipment, ensuring resources are effectively utilized to support high-quality instruction.

Requirements:

  • Possess a post-secondary degree in education, business administration, or technology.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of management experience within an educational setting.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of instructional techniques and best practices for delivering education to international students.
  • Be familiar with the regulatory landscape governing education in Ontario.
  • Possess experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
