About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at International Marketing Group. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Sales and Support: Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide product information to meet their needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, retail/wholesale establishment, or telecommunications company.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the internet and computer systems.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
