Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including space planning, lease management, redevelopment, and renovations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including departmental teams, vendors, and contractors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including departmental teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Provide expert advice on accessibility barriers and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in accessibility and project management.
- Undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum three years' experience leading strategic and/or performance improvement related projects.
- Project management experience with Capital Re-development/Capital Equipment, Construction Management, and Technology.
- Knowledge and insight of accessibility barriers; lived experience.
- Management and Technology experiences preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification considered an asset.
