We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in the Facilities, Redevelopment & Protection Portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, ensuring consistency with our strategy and implementation of Accessibility plan goals. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality projects, from small requests to large-scale redevelopment and equipment installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including space planning, lease management, redevelopment, and renovations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including departmental teams, vendors, and contractors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including departmental teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Provide expert advice on accessibility barriers and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in accessibility and project management.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum three years' experience leading strategic and/or performance improvement related projects.
  • Project management experience with Capital Re-development/Capital Equipment, Construction Management, and Technology.
  • Knowledge and insight of accessibility barriers; lived experience.
  • Management and Technology experiences preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification considered an asset.
