Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with alumni, donors, government, external partners, and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada.
  • Ensure academic programs respond to current educational needs and align with the College's mission, while modernizing operations and maintaining accreditation standards.
  • Lead the development of a strategic plan that drives academic and operational excellence, and promotes a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the College's academic and administrative teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of external partners and stakeholders to support the College's mission and goals.
Requirements:
  • PhD in a relevant field, reflecting the high academic standards of the institution.
  • Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and fundraising.
  • Expertise in guiding complex organizations through periods of change while building cohesion.
  • Cultural competence and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
