Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Portion and wrap foods to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Take customers' orders and serve them in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food service.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. As a team player, you will work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Client focus and team player skills.
