Job Title: Staff Test Engineer

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is a leading innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors. We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Test Engineer to join our Advanced Development Engineering Laboratory.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to design and execute RF measurement setups that exceed and enhance our strategic goals. As a Staff Test Engineer, you will analyze test results, troubleshoot measurement issues, and create product validation data reports for marketing and engineering purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute RF measurement setups that meet and exceed our strategic goals
  • Analyze test results and troubleshoot measurement issues using spectral analysis, network analysis, and modulated signal analysis
  • Create and present product validation data reports for marketing and engineering purposes
  • Understand test requirements for RF products, including power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, couplers, switches, acoustic filters, and integrated RF Front End WiLAN transmit/receive modules
  • Develop and implement test automation software using LabVIEW, C#, Python, or Matlab
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with at least 8 years' experience in an RF laboratory environment
  • Thorough technical understanding and practical working knowledge of RF principles and theory
  • Test automation software capability, using LabVIEW, C#, Python, or Matlab
  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Curious, creative, and a collaborative problem solver
