Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and training to team members, communicating feedback to store leadership to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- Maximize personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a customer-centric omni-channel experience that exceeds client expectations.
- Ensure the store's visual presentation and marketing display align with the ALDO Group's brand standards, creating an engaging and immersive shopping environment.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment that reflects the ALDO Group's People-First philosophy, free from discrimination and harassment.
Key Requirements:
- Preferred candidates will have six months of retail or service industry sales experience, with a strong understanding of the ever-changing fashion landscape.
- Business-minded individuals with excellent leadership, motivational, and customer service skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work flexible hours and holidays as needed.
- Able to lift, bend, and move boxes up to 35 pounds, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $17.25-$18.50 per hour
