Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Wills and Estates Attorney to join our existing practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, including preparing wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration. The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills and business acumen, with the ability to support our existing client base and drive new growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration documents
- Advise executors on estate administration matters
- Prepare and obtain applications for certificates of appointment of estate trustee
- Manage files and work with other counsel to support a value-driven practice
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and administration
- Strong relationship management skills and business acumen
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
