We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2748574 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
