Pioneer Place Family Practice and Walk-in Clinic is seeking a skilled Physician, Family to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physician, Family to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to identify diseases and injuries, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including prescribing medications and ordering medical procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellness topics, including disease prevention and management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in family medicine
- Permanent employment
- 36 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
