We are seeking a highly skilled Physician, Family to join our team at Pioneer Place Family Practice and Walk-in Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough examinations to identify diseases and injuries, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and administering treatments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in family medicine
- Permanent employment
- 36 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
