Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Supervision
    • 3-4 people.
