Frontline Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Your initial 90 days will involve comprehensive training across essential functions such as Production, Customer Service, and Counter Sales to familiarize yourself with our diverse operations.
- Post-training, you will oversee daily operations and sales activities, ensuring optimal fleet utilization, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and effective employee management.
- Mentor new team members and conduct ongoing performance evaluations of existing staff.
- Execute tasks and deliver services in alignment with established operational protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree OR a High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience OR an Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, and capacity for independent decision-making.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
