Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils

  • Maintain records of food quantities utilized
  • Package food for take-out services
  • Portion and wrap food items as needed
  • Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items
  • Operate manual and electrical appliances for food preparation
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, including work surfaces and equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage
  • Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are ready for use
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required
