Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Four Seasons Whistler Holdings Ltd., you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' accommodations. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 hours per week.

Work Environment

Our housekeeping team operates in a dynamic setting, primarily within a hotel, motel, or resort environment, ensuring that every area meets our high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Dust and clean furniture to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change linens to enhance guest comfort.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items responsibly.
  • Attend to guests' requests for additional supplies or information.
  • Maintain cleanliness in elevators and common areas.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required for this position to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

Physical Requirements

This role demands the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Candidates should be prepared for:

  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding duties.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Handling weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
