About the Role

The Guest Room Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of quality. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including the bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom.
  • Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
  • Provide turndown service for guests, including refreshing their rooms for the evening.
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest, ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
  • Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Guest Room Attendant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
