Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate essential operations, including student applications and course enrollments.
- Address inquiries related to system usage and provide necessary information.
- Engage in discussions aimed at system enhancements and improvements.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT systems maintenance and support, with at least 1 year in a systems analyst capacity. Proficiency in enterprise applications, documentation, testing, and project management tools is essential. Familiarity with various programming languages and technologies, as well as experience with systems such as Moodle and Salesforce/Dynamics, is crucial. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are necessary, along with the capability to act as a liaison between business and IT teams. The candidate should also be skilled in developing system and process documentation using tools like Visio.
