Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Clayton Park Tailor Shop and Dry Cleaners. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales: Sell merchandise to customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with their purchases and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
