About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Cabinet Installation Assistant at BSA Cabinetry Corp. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Read blueprints and determine work requirements to ensure accurate installation.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but we will provide on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work at heights.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a regular 35-44 hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding, and you must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
