We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Assist senior stylists with shampooing, cutting, and styling client hair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move efficiently around the salon.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
