Leggat Discovery Ford is in search of an Assistant Parts Manager.
In the role of Assistant Parts Manager at Leggat Auto Group, you will thrive in a dynamic setting, engaging with a diverse range of customers while directly reporting to the General Manager. Collaborating closely with your team, you will provide recommendations and facilitate the sale of parts to both internal and external clients, fostering enduring relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, guide, and manage all functions of the Dealership Parts Department.
- Establish and enforce all systems, scheduling, and protocols within the Parts Department.
- Ensure high profitability across all areas while maintaining strict control over departmental expenses.
- Achieve and sustain a high customer satisfaction rating consistently.
- Manage inventory effectively, including the purchasing, selling, stocking, pricing, and auditing of parts.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of pertinent parts management experience within a dealership setting.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Preferred experience includes three (3) years as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk.
- Familiarity with Ford Vehicles is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage effectively.
