The Role: Insurance Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced and driven Insurance Sales Leader to support our Advisors in expanding their insurance portfolios across Atlantic Canada. This role is instrumental in driving regional sales growth, cultivating strong advisor relationships, and providing expert training on prospecting and sales techniques.
- Drive Regional Growth: Lead the charge in increasing sales across various insurance lines within your designated region.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Advisors, providing guidance and support to enhance their success.
- Pre-Sales Expertise: Offer comprehensive pre-sales support to Advisors, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to effectively engage clients.
- Training & Development: Deliver engaging training sessions on proven sales methodologies, empowering Advisors with the skills to excel in a competitive market.
- Product Knowledge Champion: Provide expert product recommendations tailored to client needs, leveraging your deep understanding of the insurance landscape.
- Industry Advocate: Actively participate in industry training and development programs to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience within the insurance industry.
- Successful completion of the LLQP program.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive and collaborative attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Proven ability to effectively train and mentor individuals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to ongoing industry education and professional development.
Working Conditions:
This role primarily operates in an office setting with regular regional travel required.
