Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Project Scheduler to join our team in the Industrial Construction sector. This full-time permanent position offers flexibility in location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and compile schedule updates from project management and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and update the baseline project schedule.
  • Generate detailed schedule reports, charts, and diagrams as required.
  • Evaluate the master schedule logic and assess the impact of delays, critical path changes, and other project modifications.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of periodic status reports to inform management of project progress, including productivity metrics.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associated schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct planning, scheduling, and reporting activities with specific contractors and project areas.
  • Provide support for network schedule calculations and related reporting services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling for engineering or construction projects.
  • Familiarity with earned value management software and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Primavera P6.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, contracts, and regulations.
  • Strong written communication skills for reports and project documentation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
