Assistant Store Manager RoleWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Hill Village Green. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and supporting the store manager in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000, based on relevant experience
- A tiered commission structure, where the more you sell, the more you earn
