Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our café is running efficiently.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage our inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on café performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
