About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Development to join our team at Planned Parenthood Great Rivers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our development efforts to secure funding and resources to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet our annual goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve fundraising targets
  • Collaborate with our communications team to develop compelling fundraising campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in development and fundraising
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in development and fundraising
  • Proven track record of success in securing major gifts and leading development teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
