Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Progressive Concrete Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Power Vibrators: Compact concrete to achieve the desired density and finish.
- Level and Finish: Ensure the top surface of concrete is level and finished to the required specification.
- Impart Desired Finish: Use hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance of concrete surfaces.
- Install Fixtures: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Repair and Resurface: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Physically Demanding: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and stamina.
- Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: You will be required to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Attention to Detail: You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure the highest quality finishes.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team Player: You will be working as part of a team, so you must be a team player.
- Will Train: We will provide training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the role.
- Permanent Employment: This is a permanent employment opportunity.
