Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Financial ERP is a key member of the Business Excellence (BEX) department, working closely with the Financial & Strategic Services (FSS) department to provide operational support and drive continuous improvement of Strathcona County's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, improving overall system performance and user experience.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, leveraging ERP capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert-level support to users, addressing system-related queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with ERP system updates, patches, and new features, ensuring Strathcona County's systems remain current and optimized.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex system data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven experience in ERP system implementation, maintenance, and support, with a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
