Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Williams Towing Service Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, including managing resources, coordinating work, and establishing financial and administrative controls. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
  • Implement operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with attention to detail
