Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
