About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Technical Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our E-commerce platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our E-commerce platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and testing plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve our E-commerce platform and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in E-commerce development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and architecture.
  • Experience with Magento and Magento Cloud CLI, as well as Adobe Experience Cloud and E-commerce stack.
  • Strong PHP and/or Java experience, with excellent knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Vue, as well as experience creating, consuming, and designing APIs (Rest, GraphQL).
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of prioritization and problem-solving.
