Administration

  • Utilize and manage internal resources, including CRM tools, Synapse, Navision, Solar, MS Office programs, and SharePoint

  • Accurately pull sales details for regular reports

Coordinating and Scheduling

  • Assist with special projects
  • Provide direction and support for incoming inquiries to sales team and other departments
  • Work with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Accounting Departments to ensure Site Surveys are ordered, scheduled, and invoiced in a timely manner
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager with scheduling and compiling information for regular sales calls, both internal and external
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager with planning client meetings or events as needed
