Senior Graphic Designer

Aylo is a pioneering tech company that has been at the forefront of adult entertainment and games since 2004. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for our users, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the creative vision for Aylo's corporate brand, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical platforms.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines, reimagining existing designs and updating our corporate visual identity to reflect the company's evolving mission and values.
- Design original corporate materials, including illustrations, infographics, websites, posters, handbooks, and merchandise, that align with the company's overall creative vision.
- Review and provide feedback on junior designers' work to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update image and video storage systems, ensuring seamless access to assets across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Lead the design team in meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work and adhering to the corporate creative vision.
- Balance team workload and manage cross-functional requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Continuously work on process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coach and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including website design experience.
- College diploma in a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Flash and PowerPoint.
- UI/UX design experience.
- Experience with motion graphics.
- Artistic, proactive, and hands-on approach.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
