About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at AL AZLAAN LOGISTICS INC. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Truck Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare and Review Reports: Prepare and review reports on truck driver performance, including productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve Work-Related Issues: Investigate and resolve any work-related issues or concerns raised by truck drivers or customers.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to truck drivers on vehicle maintenance, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of truck drivers, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex logistics operations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all truck drivers comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in logistics or transportation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
