We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 7013990 Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide training and coaching to drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
