Position Overview

As a key member of the HR team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc., you will play a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of human resources functions. Your expertise will contribute to achieving the organization's objectives through effective coordination and communication.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university certificate or diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate information flow within the HR team.
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute materials accordingly.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Maintain and manage the digital database effectively.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
