Branch Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to our Brampton, ON branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient area operations, including general clerical duties such as Purchase Order management, Order Requests, Expenses, Customer Service Requests, and project-based work.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient area operations.
- Purchase Order Management: Manage Purchase Orders, including processing, tracking, and reporting.
- Order Requests: Process and manage Order Requests, including verifying customer information and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Expenses: Manage and process expenses, including tracking and reporting.
- Customer Service Requests: Respond to and resolve customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Project-Based Work: Assist with project-based work, including data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports, including Unbilled, Ready, and Not Ready reports, and provide analytics to support business decisions.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide updates on order status.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 2-5 Years of Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Company Software: Ability to learn and adapt to company software quickly.
- Valid Class 5 License: Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation.
