Job Summary:

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including conveyors, high-speed slicers, and pumps.
  • Conduct planned preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and power transmission systems.
  • Collaborate with contractors and other maintenance personnel to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Millwright with a strong understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
