Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts with clients
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up on pricing and lease terms
  • Follow up on prospects and complete rental documents
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase rental activity
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests
  • Respond to client requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure vacant units are ready and clean for new tenants
  • Perform administrative tasks as requested by the building manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience in sales or rental position in the real estate field
  • High availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Good knowledge of the Montreal market and surrounding region
  • Bilingualism is an asset
