Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategies to fulfill work schedules
  2. Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  3. Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  4. Calculate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  5. Ensure food quality and service standards are upheld
  6. Prepare financial plans and cost projections
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  8. Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste
  9. Compile and present reports
  10. Summarize food orders for the chef
  11. Supervise the arrangement of meal trays
  12. Create work schedules for staff
