Job Summary

SHREE SAHAJANAND INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
