About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Antoine au quotidien Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard and that schedules are met.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to identify any areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, reliability.
